Whose Life is it Anyway, was written in 1975 by Brian Clark. Set in a hospital room, Ken Harrison, a sculptor by profession now paralyzed, is an intelligent man with a useless body and is determined to be allowed to die by way of assisted suicide. The play was a Tony Award nominee for Best Play in 1979, received the Society of West End Theaters Award in 1978, and in 1979, The Burns Mantle Theatre Yearbook, The Best Plays of 1978–1979.
